Yoga & Pilates Retreats

4 Day Yoga & Pilates Retreat.

9th – 12th August.

Our 4 day Yoga and Pilates retreat will include 3 Pilates and 3 Yoga classes, each approximately 2 hours in length.
We usually start with a welcome Pilates class on Friday afternoon and then alternate morning Yoga and Pilates afternoon over the weekend. The retreat finishes with Yoga on Monday morning.

There is both an option to eat together with us or self-cater as suits you best, and an option to stay in one of our cosy rooms or stay nearby and come over to us each day.

Classes are each a small workshop in themselves where we will focus on different exercises or themes that have an interest to everyone taking the class. Both Eric and Helen’s teaching styles are flowing and fun and are open to all levels of practice.

All food we eat is vegan, and made from local fresh produce, and there is a supermarket a few minutes away if you would rather make your own creations.

Rooms are simple and cosy with a shared bathroom, and there are many other places to rent nearby if you would prefer to just come to us in the day.

We have a plunge pool to cool off from the summer sun and we are surrounded by views of fields and rolling hills on all sides. There are many walks and sites to see nearby and plenty of fun things to do in the area.

There will be the possibility of different dates – they may not be posted until the last minute however, so do let us know if there is something that would suit you, and we will see what we can do.
